2020-2021 SPORTS PHYSICALS

PHYSICAL EXAMS will be held on Thursday, July 30 with grades 10 through 12 from 1:00-3:30. Grades 7 through 9 will report from 4:00-7:00.

Exceptions will be made for same family senior high/junior high athletes coming together. Makeups for all grades and anyone who can't come Thursday are from 8:00 AM to noon on Friday, July 31. Cost is $10 and payable the day of the exam. Physical forms are available in the HS office and downloadable on the school and PIAA website.

Physical forms should be completed by the parents BEFORE coming in for the exam on July 30 or 31.

Social Distancing will be practiced while waiting for your exam and masks must be worn in the building.
