• Weight Lifting

    Weight lifting will be Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 4:30 - 5:45.

     Wrestling Practice 

    Practice will be on Wednesdays from 3:30 - 4:30.  We will begin practice April 6.  Practice is open to any wrestler who wants to work hard to improve.  Please try to have a practice partner with you for practice.
