Elementary School Counselor

- Current Federal FBI FIngerprint Clearance (Act 114)
- State Criminal History (Act 34)
- Arrest/Conviction Report and Certification Form (Act 24)
- Child Abuse Clearance (Act 151)
- Sexual Misconduct/Abuse Discolosure Release Form (Act 168 of 2014)
- Valid PA Teacching Certification
- Copy of College Transcripts
- PRAXIS Scores
- Three Letters of Referrence
- A one to two minute video introducing yourself and explaining why you would be a good candidate for the position available. Videos can be emailed to spressel@nbpanthers.org with your name, and the position of which you are appying. Video can also be delivered or mailed with your completed application materials.
